Your call can be anonymous, and all concerns are reviewed by our customer care team and followed-up on. Roosevelt Park Nursing and Rehabilitation Community is a small, 39-bed residence. Our small community is a great benefit to our residents because they receive superior, personalized care that extends beyond our services. Through daily interactions, warm smiles, and kind words, our residents know our staff members care for them and about them. Registered Nurses at Atrium Health have an incredible opportunity to make a difference in people’s lives – the lives of patients and their families, coworkers and peers.
We will be moving residents as required, temporarily, into a designated recovery area and once medically cleared, they will be able to return to one of the other units. In transparency, since our recent outbreak we have had 12 positive residents a and 6 positive staff. Those who test positive will follow all CMS and CDC isolation requirements. We will continue to track these numbers and inform you of changes as they occur. Please know that all residents that test positive or are suspected of having the virus are being safely quarantined from all other residents.

We had to take him out of there, we got him to the hospital, we learned that he had pneumonia, and we learned that they were not taking care of his wounds.
